Do you provide training for the software?

Yes. Training using remote desktop sharing technology is included in all XENTAGE™ solutions. If you need additional or on-site training, we will make the necessary arrangements.

How many of our staff will you train?

As many as you need. We do not limit and do not charge by the number of people we train. All that matters is the duration of the training. Several staff members can be trained simultaneously, to reduce the training costs.

Can you do the training in our offices?

Yes, we do offer on-site training. If you are interested in having your staff trained on-site, we will make the necessary arrangements.

Do you provide further assistance, after the training?

Yes. If your staff needs assistance in performing any task while using our software, we can connect to their computer via remote desktop sharing technology and walk them through the task.

Is there a user’s manual?

Yes. The user’s manual is available on-line and on CD. If you want, you can print the pages or sections you find to be the most needed. However, the software is so easy to use you’ll soon forget about the manual.

Will you set up our e-mail accounts?

We will set up your initial email accounts on the server and provide you with detailed instructions for setting them up on each computer. If you need to add or remove a few email accounts from time to time, we’ll be glad to do it for you as a complimentary service. If you frequently need to add or remove email accounts, we can give you access to the control panel that allows you to do so, or we can do it for your. We can also help with the set up of the email accounts on your computers.

Will you set up/maintain/fix our computers?

No, we can only help with issues directly related to our software. If you need a reliable IT support services provider, we’ll be glad to recommend one.

Can you help us make changes on our website?

Sure. While most our clients prefer the convenience of being in control and making changes whenever they want, we can take care of it for you. This service is available on a per request basis, or as part of your service pack.
