Each XENTAGE™ website is unique and so is its price. We will propose a solution that will maximize your return on investment, based on your goals and budget. While we can provide an effective website for as low as $3,500 and $50/month, we recommend an investment of minimum $10,000 for the first year, to allow for proper strategy planning, design, development, maintenance and promotion of your website. The monthly fee pays for the on-going services, including the software licence. Instead of a large upfront investment in a software application that will become obsolete in a couple of years, you get to use software that is always up to date and continuously improved, for a small monthly fee - just another way the Website-as-a-Service model maximizes your ROI. The monthly payment also covers the hosting, domain registration, maintenance, support, and promotion services included in your solution.

Regardless of the provider you choose, you will face ongoing costs, at least for hosting, domain registration, maintenance and support services. Many web designers do not offer these services, leaving it up to you to find and deal with one or more additional providers. Other companies simply don't disclose these costs upfront, to give you the illusion of a better deal. We prefer to provide a complete solution, with everything your website needs to achieve your goals, at a completely predictable and clear cost. 

Sure you can find hosting packages for less than your XENTAGE™ monthly fee. Only that you'd be comparing apples to oranges. Your XENTAGE™ website monthly payment covers so much more than just hosting services. The monthly fee pays for all the on-going services, including the software licence, worry-free domain registration, maintenance, support, and promotion services, as included in your solution.

All services included in your solution and the corresponding fees are clearly specified on your order form. If a fee is not listed there, you don’t pay it. Period.

We don’t believe in taking prisoners. You can leave whenever you want, but we are sure you will be with us a long time, simply because our services are profitable for your company. Well, our unbelievable client support may be a factor, too.

You own everything you paid for, which is almost everything a visitor to your website can see. We own the software, for which you only have a right to use, granted for the period covered by the monthly fees you paid, and subject to the terms of service.

Yes, but only if you terminate your agreement with us, and only the components you own. That would make a complete but static website. You will most likely need replacement software, probably from your new provider, in order to achieve the website functionality you want.
